Our consulting services have been offered on a continuous basis since 1990.  It was then that we decided to concentrate 100% on offering consulting services to the various disciplines within the factory building industry.  

As a CEO of many years standing I knew first hand the need to have someone available to whom operations could turn to for assistance.   Someone who could become a pro tempore member of their team to help solve a particular problem or to perform a prescribed scope of work, without affecting their day to day operations.  I also knew of the lack of full-time professional consultants within the industry, and the need of the industry for help.

The Small Business Administration (SBA), on their small business planner web site states, "Never think you can do it alone! One of the best ways to insulate yourself against business failure is to find and work with a mentor, someone with business experience who can guide and assist you."  We share that assessment by the SBA and feel we can be the professional mentor they encourage you to use.

Simply stated we assist ownership and executive management in the identification, definition and determination for development of a profitable business strategy.

In start up, or expansion endeavors, we assist in the development and physical preparation of a feasibility study, market study, and/ or business plan with supporting pro forma operating statements.  We also provide guidelines for the plant design, including plant layout, equipment list and sourcing and other industrial engineering required to fully develop the factory.

We also provide hands-on guidance and assistance in the implementation of the business plans' stated goals and objectives. This assistance is available in all operational areas including plant startup, production, sales, marketing and management.

 FEASIBILITY STUDIES:

The preparation of a feasibility study to determine the validity and profitability of a new automated building business venture; or, for identifying new opportunities for an existing business.
