analysis of their existing sales and marketing operations.

in our chosen profession.

We give our clients our open, honest and unbiased response. If we cannot
help our client, we will say so and refer them to other appropriate sources. We
will never be used as an outside stamp of approval on an executive's pet, but
impracticable project.
Because we are specialists we have
the experience, background, files
and tools that allow us to perform an assignment better, faster and
cheaper than most clients can do on their own. This
is our full time job. This is what we do for a living. We are not
"out of work" executives who are just "marking time" until
their next full time job comes along - most often from a consulting assignment.
Because we are on the job concentrating on
accomplishing a critical assignment our client is free to concentrate on the
daily operating needs of his/her company.
We will not reveal the identity or purpose
of our clients; nor, will we ever reveal critical information about the clients
business, processes, applications or financial information without prior written
approval.

you currently operate a factory building facility, have plans to start a new operation
or purchase an existing facility, or want to expand your marketing area, increase
your distribution network, enter the international market; or, if you are a

The
Bobbitt Group has an established fee scheduled that is used to determine the
cost of all assignments. A copy of the fee schedule is available upon
request.
The
charge for an initial interview is a flat one day consulting rate as shown on
the fee schedule. This daily rate along with appropriate travel expenses is due
in advance of the meeting.
HOWEVER, that initial interview fee is FULLY CREDITED to the client if
Bobbitt is retained for additional consultation.
Upon completion of the one day initial
consultation Bobbitt will prepare a detailed report on that meeting and provide
the client with an analysis of the proposed business, a bottom line
recommendation on how/if they should proceed and an outline of how Bobbitt can
help the client achieve their stated goals and objectives.
We
will also provide a firm price quote for your specific job assignment. The
firm quote will be accompanied by a detailed outline of the proposed Bobbitt scope of work.
Some
clients prefer to utilize Bobbitt on an hourly basis and contract for a
predetermined number of consulting hours monthly. This is done via a contractual
retainer basis. While this is not advantageous to all clients it is very
beneficial for those with ongoing, nonspecific needs.

that we understand the cost sensitivity associated with the majority of the work
we are asked to perform. We are confident if you are sincere in your
